पूरन पोली महाराष्ट्र की बहुत फेमस डिश है, हर त्यौहार या ख़ुशी के मौके पर इसे बनाया जाता है 🙂

Serving – four to five

Ingredients:

Puran poli-

For dough:

Wheat flour – 1 cup

All-purpose flour – 1 cup

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt -1/2 teaspoon

Water

For Puran-

Chana dal -1 cup

Jaggery (gud)- 3/4 cup

Oil – 1 teaspoon

Cardamom powder -1/2 teaspoon

Nutmeg powder -1/2 teaspoon (optional)

For Aamti-

Steamed dal stock or standard water

Dry coconut -1/2 cup

Onion -2

Coriander leaves -1/3 cup

Ginger root – 2 inch

Garlic clove cloves -10

Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves according to your taste

Goda masala – 2 tablespoons of

Garam masala powder -1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon

Red chilli powder -2 teaspoon

Coriander leaves

Oil – 4 tablespoons of

Salt to taste
