Senior high school student Sona Hawkins has a love for everything STEM. She knows certainly that she’s known as to some profession somewhere within the science, technology, engineering, and math fields, but is familiar with that does not a lot of her female peers feel exactly the same way. Studies have shown a pronounced insufficient female interest and employment in STEM. Within this TEDxLFHS talk, Sona explores why this gender gap exists and just what are going to to shut it. She also likes to binge Television shows, read obsessively, play tennis, and spend more time with her family. Sona is amazingly grateful for that chance, and wishes to inspire others to complete incredible things.
